Information collected on this web site is currently limited to information necessary to complete an employment application.  We do not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily submit such information to us, by, for example, completing an employment application.  We take reasonably appropriate precautions on the Web site to protect our users' information; however, there is no such thing as “perfect security” on the Internet, and McClain Sonics, Inc. does not guarantee that your use of the site will be virus-free nor does McClain accept any responsibility or liability for the acts of others outside McClain Sonics, Inc.’s reasonable control such as hacking of our site or unauthorized interception or access of information submitted to our site.  Information collected by us on our Web site is maintained and secured in our offices.  The servers that we use to store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.  Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example Human Resources or hiring managers) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Employees are advised of our security and privacy practices. Periodically, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are reminded about the importance we place on privacy and are instructed regarding our policies and procedures for proper use and safeguarding of our users' information.

McClain Sonics, Inc.  is very sensitive to children's privacy issues.  McClain Sonics, Inc. encourages parents and guardians to supervise their children's online activities and consider using parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers. These tools can prevent children from disclosing their name, address, and other personal information online without parental consent.  You must be 16 years of age or older to obtain employment with our company.  It is McClain Sonics, Inc.’s policy that visitors under 16 years of age should not submit any information on www.sonicmhv.com.
